Right of withdrawal / right of return

According to Swiss law, there is generally no general right of withdrawal or return for online purchases. However, we at GrowTastic GmbH attach great importance to fairness and customer satisfaction and grant you a voluntary right of return under the following conditions:
1. Return in the event of transport damage or errors on our part
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will of course assume full responsibility. In this case, returns or exchanges will be entirely at our expense. Please report the damage immediately by email to info@growtastic.ch with a photo and order number.
2. Return if you order incorrectly or are not satisfied
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods at info@growtastic.ch. We examine each situation individually and find a fair solution together. Refunds are generally made in the form of a credit for our shop.
Shipping costs (postage) are borne by the buyer. As compensation for processing and effort, an amount of 10% of the order value will be deducted from the credit amount.
3. Return Procedure
Returns must be requested in writing by email to info@growtastic.ch.
Please include the order number, the reason for the return and - if available - photos.
We will then confirm the process and the return address.
4. Exclusions
Excluded from the right of return are opened or used products, perishable goods, special orders and items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
5. Refund
Once the return has been received and checked, you will receive a credit in the amount of the confirmed amount. This credit can be used for future purchases in the growtastic.ch online shop.
