"A plant pot is a container for cultivating and growing plants that enables controlled development of the root system. It serves to provide a limited root space with substrate in which water, air and nutrients are available in a defined ratio. In a scientific and horticultural context, the plant pot is considered as part of root space management, which determines the influence of substrate structure, aeration, drainage and moisture regulation examines plant growth.
