Garland Products is a long-established family business based in the United Kingdom.
The company was founded in 1965 by Ron Glendenning . Today it is run by the second generation, his sons Stuart and Miles Glendenning .
Garland Products forms the garden products division of the group. In addition to this division, the company also operates an industrial manufacturing division under the name Glendenning Plastics Ltd , which produces a wide variety of plastic parts for different industries.
With over 30 modern injection molding machines – with a capacity of up to 1,500 tons – Garland manufactures around the clock in a 3-shift operation .
Approximately 200 employees ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
The Garland Products brand today stands for innovative, durable, and functional garden products that are equally valued by hobby gardeners and professionals. The product range includes planting accessories, work and harvesting aids, greenhouse solutions, irrigation accessories, and many other practical products for gardening.

Garland's propagation range comprises three different product lines: two plastic variants – vacuum-formed and injection-molded – and one fiber pot line. Below you will find a brief overview of each category and its individual advantages.
Vacuum Formed
This line largely corresponds to our Professional Range in the propagation sector.
The products are made from thin sheets of recycled plastic and are similar to those used by professional nurseries.
They are lightweight, inexpensive and ideal for sowing directly from seed .
The product range includes seed trays, lids, cell inserts, mini greenhouses and support plates with individual pots .
Vacuum-formed products are inexpensive, but have a limited lifespan – usually only one to two growing seasons .

Injection molded
This line forms our premium range and is made from high-quality, recycled plastic .
The products are extremely robust and durable , with reinforced wall structures for added stability.
All seed trays feature a two-stage drainage system and offer generous planting depths for healthy root development.
The product range includes various sizes of seed trays, lids, self-watering systems, as well as heated and unheated growing kits .
The trays are easy to clean – they are even dishwasher safe .
Although injection-molded models are somewhat more expensive than vacuum-formed ones, they impress with their extreme durability of up to 10 years or more .

Fiber pots
Our fiber pots are available in various shapes and sizes and are made from PEFC-certified cellulose .
They are completely biodegradable and peat-free .
The roots can grow directly through the pot wall , so that plant and pot can be placed in the soil together – without any transplanting stress or root damage.
The pots decompose naturally in the soil .
In this product line, we also offer coconut pellets (Coir Pellets) which consist of 100% coconut substrate and are enriched with a special nutrient mixture .
Products in this line are generally intended for single use .
