The first shelves are up – the pallet chaos is slowly turning into a grow shop

Slowly but surely, order is emerging from chaos. After spending the last few days getting an overview of which parts are packed where and which components serve what function, we have now been able to set up the first shelves. 😍

And honestly, it was a truly beautiful moment. For the first time, it's not just a construction site, but slowly becoming a shop.

We're really happy with the shelving system so far. Although it's our first time working with it, much of it is surprisingly self-explanatory. At the same time, the system offers an incredible number of possibilities and variations. But that's exactly what makes it exciting – and sometimes a bit challenging. Due to the large number of special parts, we constantly have to figure out which part goes where, what function it serves, and what possibilities arise from it.

Therefore, the last few days have been spent diligently trying out, rearranging, adjusting, and planning. The first basic consoles are now standing around the shop, giving us a first impression of what the sales area could look like later.

Of course, not everything always goes perfectly. With the sheer amount of material, it can happen that a pallet is forgotten. 😅 That's exactly what happened. That's why a small pickup tour is on the agenda for Monday so that the missing base plates also make their way to Thun.

Once those are here, we can really get started with the large wall shelves. Then the exciting part of detailed planning also begins: Which products go where? Which areas make sense? How do we create a clear and pleasant shopping atmosphere?

With each shelf built, the vision becomes a little more tangible. There are still many decisions to make, many products to arrange, and countless small things to do. But step by step, our rough diamond is transforming more and more into the grow shop that we will be able to present to you at the end of August.
