For centuries, bats have lived in the coastal caves of Java and Madagascar, amidst pristine natural surroundings. They feed on insects and fruits from their environment.

Over the centuries, their dung has naturally composted and become odorless. With respect for the environment and the surrounding area, this valuable resource is collected under the supervision of local authorities. No clattering machines, but with spatulas and oil lamps.

Raw materials are sourced from other parts of the world and exclusively from eco-certified suppliers. These include palm ash from Sumatra and algae powder from Norway. Additional suppliers come from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

All organic raw materials are first collected in Aalten (NL), where they are processed into a balanced blend by two to four employees. From here, the premium products find their way to numerous garden centers, potting soil companies, organic growers, and distribution companies throughout Europe.
