The Air Professional air pump from Prodac is the ideal solution for aerating aquariums or nutrient solutions up to 150 liters . This compact, handy air pump reliably ensures an adequate oxygen supply, thus actively supporting healthy roots and vigorous plant growth .
The introduction of oxygen enriches the nutrient solution, preventing waterlogging and keeping the root zone healthy – especially important in hydroponic and irrigation systems. The pump works by drawing in ambient air, compressing it, and then directing it into the water via an air hose and air stone.
Important: The air pump must not be placed in the water and must always be positioned above or away from the water .
