Beneficial nematodes against vine weevil larvae
Meginem is the reliable, biological solution for controlling vine weevil larvae, which feed on roots in the soil and can cause lasting damage to plants. Ornamentals, berries, fruit trees, and potted plants are particularly affected.
The nematodes contained actively penetrate the larvae and control them naturally – completely without chemical residues. This protects the root area and allows the plants to develop healthily again.
Meginem is available in two variants, allowing for targeted application depending on the temperature:
- Meginem Pro for soil temperatures from approx. 12 °C
- Meginem Cold for cooler conditions between 8–12 °C
This allows you to effectively control infestations year-round – from early spring until autumn.

- Insecticide → Agent against harmful insects (e.g., aphids, thrips, whiteflies).
- Acaricide → Agent against mites and spider mites.
- Fungicide → Agent against fungal diseases (e.g., powdery mildew, botrytis, rust).
- Plant protection product = Preparations that protect plants from pests, diseases, or weeds.
- Plant aids = Support soil life or nutrient uptake, without being fertilizers or plant protection products themselves.
- Plant fortifiers = Increase the plant's resistance to stress, pests, or diseases.
