Die Prima Klima Industry Line steht für besonders leistungsfähige Aktivkohlefilter mit hoher Lebensdauer und effizienter Geruchsadsorption. Die Filter eignen sich für anspruchsvolle Abluftsysteme und sind in verschiedenen Grössen und Leistungsstufen erhältlich, sodass sich der passende Filter auf den verwendeten Rohrventilator und die benötigte Luftleistung abstimmen lässt.
Im Inneren befindet sich eine 4 cm starke Schicht aus hochaktivierter CTC75 Aktivkohle. Mit einer spezifischen Oberfläche von über 1.200 m²/g bietet die Aktivkohle eine besonders grosse Adsorptionsfläche. Die hohe Schichtdicke verlängert die Kontaktzeit zwischen der durchströmenden Luft und der Aktivkohle und ermöglicht dadurch eine effiziente Entfernung unerwünschter Gerüche.
Die Industry Line Filter sind nachfüllbar, wodurch die Aktivkohle bei Bedarf ersetzt und das Filtergehäuse weiterverwendet werden kann. Hochwertige gepresste Metallteile sorgen für Stabilität und eine lange Nutzungsdauer. Der extra lange Anschlussflansch ermöglicht eine sichere Verbindung mit dem Abluftsystem.
Ein passender Vorfilter gegen Staub und gröbere Partikel ist bereits im Lieferumfang enthalten. Dadurch wird die Aktivkohle vor Verschmutzungen geschützt und ihre Leistungsfähigkeit möglichst lange erhalten.
