The Prima Klima Industry Line stands for particularly powerful activated carbon filters with a long service life and efficient odor adsorption. The filters are suitable for demanding exhaust air systems and are available in various sizes and performance levels, allowing the right filter to be matched to the pipe fan used and the required air volume.
Inside is a 4 cm thick layer of highly activated CTC75 activated carbon. With a specific surface area of over 1,200 m²/g, the activated carbon offers a particularly large adsorption surface. The high layer thickness extends the contact time between the air flowing through and the activated carbon, thereby enabling efficient removal of unwanted odors.
The Industry Line filters are refillable, which means the activated carbon can be replaced if necessary and the filter housing can be reused. High-quality pressed metal parts ensure stability and a long service life. The extra-long connection flange allows for a secure connection to the exhaust air system.
A suitable pre-filter against dust and coarser particles is already included in the scope of delivery. This protects the activated carbon from contamination and maintains its performance for as long as possible.
