The Prodac bubble stone (or air stone) for air pumps ensures effective oxygenation of the water and is ideal for aquariums, nutrient tanks, and hydroponic and grow systems . Its elongated shape distributes the air particularly evenly and creates many fine bubbles – perfect for healthy roots and vigorous plant growth .
The air stone is connected to an air pump and efficiently breaks down the airflow in the water. Important: Air pumps should never be placed in the water , but always outside of it. Otherwise, there is a risk of short circuit, electric shock, or damage to the device – in addition, the water would be heated unnecessarily.
Since bubble stones can become clogged over time, regular cleaning or timely replacement is recommended.
