From the new store directly to you – our shipping has moved

Another important milestone has been reached: For several days now, your orders have been shipped directly from our new shop.

Our packing room is largely set up and the large packing table is already in daily use. Here, your orders are carefully packed, prepared for shipping, or made ready for local delivery. It feels great to see the new store slowly coming to life and more and more areas fulfilling their actual purpose.

There will also be some changes to local deliveries in the coming weeks. We are currently working on optimizing our delivery system so that customers from the region around our shop can benefit from affordable home deliveries in the future.

Especially for heavy or bulky products such as soil, substrates, or larger accessories, delivery to your doorstep is often the most convenient solution. The technical implementation in the online shop still needs some time and is already on our to-do list.

Until the adjustments are complete: If you live near our shop and need soil, heavy products, or larger orders, just send us a quick message. We will easily find a suitable solution and can manually adjust the shipping or delivery costs if necessary.
