That's why we deliberately avoid automated chat functions , which often only offer vague promises or standard replies. When you contact us, you'll reach someone who will genuinely address your concerns.

During opening hours, we strive to respond within 24 hours . The more specific your question, the more effectively we can assist you.

Facebook Messenger is only of limited use for us, as multiple people work on it and messages can get lost. For anything important, we recommend using our direct channels.
