GrowTastic Site Diary
In April, we received the approval for our retail space at Von May-Strasse 39a in 3604 Thun.
Over 300 m² of space where we can truly make our vision a reality.
The premises already come with a lot of infrastructure – this is precisely what allows us to focus on the essentials: the finishing touches.
Patching old holes, painting, furnishing, building a cash desk, and finding the right furniture and plants to give the space its character.
We are incredibly happy to have found this gem and to transform it into our Urban Growshop.
We have given ourselves about three months from taking over the premises to the grand opening. This allows us to remain flexible – whether we use the full time or open the store partially sooner.
One thing is clear: Pick-ups in Thun will soon be possible by arrangement.

🏗️ The store is changing daily
The former cheese counter and refrigerated display case have been professionally removed, making space for our vision. The alarm system was also completely overhauled – after it almost deafened us during its first test. 😅

Shop planning based on gut feeling? Risky. 😅 It wasn't until the truck was filled to the last spot that I realized how much we had actually bought – luckily, fortune seems to be on our side so far. 🚛✨

The centerpiece of the shop has moved in
After eleven days in the new store, the basic concept is in place. Most of the furniture has been found, the future sales counter has been picked up, the technical infrastructure is taking shape, and every day the rough diamond becomes a little more GrowTastic.
